- Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood or other materials
- Reading blueprints or drawings to determine specifications
- Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials
- Using hand tools such as saws, chisels, planes, drills
- Shaping parts such as rafters, joists, trusses
- Assembling components with nails or screws
- Installing window frames, doorframes, stairs, and related fixtures
- Previous experience in carpentry and a good eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to understand and follow safety instructions when handling tools and materials
- Willingness to consider foreign candidates
