We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products in retail stores and working closely with the sales team to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff
- Negotiate product placement and displays in stores to maximize visibility
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are always available on shelves
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotions and campaigns
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
