Merchandiser Position - Jabal-Ali

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Merchandiser to join our team in Jabal-Ali. As the ideal candidate, you have an eye for detail and a passion for customer service. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our customers have the best possible shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visually appealing store with well-stocked shelves and displays.
• Keep accurate records of all incoming inventory and outgoing stock.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide assistance as needed.
• Answer inquiries from customers about products, prices, availability, product uses, etc.
• Ensure shelves are kept organized with items priced correctly.
• Provide advice on promotional offers and discounts.
• Monitor customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays or arranging merchandise on shelves according to predetermined planograms or diagrams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising or customer service is preferred
• Good knowledge of product lines, pricing strategies, store layout and display techniques
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs when necessary
