Overview

Merchandiser for Retail Store in Sharjah (Indian or Pakistani)

Our retail store in Sharjah is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in merchandising and a strong understanding of the Indian or Pakistani market.

Responsibilities

• Select, purchase, and display products in the store to attract customers and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the buying team to understand customer preferences and market trends, and plan and execute effective merchandising strategies.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are in stock.
• Work with suppliers to negotiate competitive prices and timely delivery of products.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend adjustments to pricing or product placement as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Attention to detail to ensure products are displayed accurately and attractively.
• Basic English communication skills preferred; fluency is not required.
• Legal right to work in Sharjah.
• On-the-job training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Compensation & Benefits
