A leading General Engineering Consultancy in Ajman, UAE is looking for a highly skilled Architect. You will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architectural design and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Candidates residing in Ajman are preferred. This role offers an opportunity to create innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
Qualifications

- Strong background in architectural design and project management.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ajman.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team at a leading General Engineering Consultancy based in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a passion for creating innovative and sustainable solutions. As an Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs meet client specifications and adhere to regulatory standards. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring architectural visions to life while maintaining a focus on quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Develop and design architectural concepts and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Prepare technical documentation and presentation materials
- Ensure design compliance with local standards and project requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and supervision, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
- Proficient in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ajman
