We are looking for a high-performing Sales Engineer to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop sales pipelines through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Check customer portals for inquiries.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for requirements.
• Involve management at the right time to secure projects when required.
• Book orders by following the procurement process.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks of the sales department, including customer correspondence and sales reports.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely delivery of sales materials and proposals.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Prepare sales presentations, sample boards, and proposals.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, shipping) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in CRM.

• Keep the sales pipeline and forecasting updated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales or service.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
