- Provide a highly personalized approach at all times.

- Offer efficient and professional reception and greeting services for clients and visitors.
- Assist with managing all local and international travel arrangements, including visas and accommodations.
- Maintain an effective correspondence management system, including email handling and scanning.
- Handle administrative tasks related to company hospitality tickets.
- Support ad-hoc management tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage invoicing procedures and internal orders.
- Provide cover for other PAs and EAs as required.
- Manage expenses.
- Assist with the administration and control of company events.
