Job Description

• Timely pickup and delivery of shipments as per schedule.
• Ensure proper handling and safety of packages during transit.
• Obtain required delivery acknowledgements and update delivery status via mobile app.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams for delivery updates.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in good working condition.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have a valid UAE motorcycle or light vehicle driving license.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in courier or logistics field operations.
• Basic knowledge of local routes and delivery processes.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
• Ability to handle mobile delivery applications/devices.
• Physically fit and able to handle packages as required.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
