Position: Technical Surveyor

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, or related field; minimum of three years' experience; valid land surveying license or certification; proficiency in CAD software and industry tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed land surveys to establish legal property boundaries.
2. Analyze survey data to create maps, plots, and reports.
3. Coordinate with project managers to align survey results with project requirements.
4. Provide technical expertise during construction and planning phases.
5. Use and maintain surveying equipment, including levels, theodolites, and GPS technology.
6. Verify the accuracy of survey data and calculations.
7. Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop design plans.
8. Perform topographic and as-built surveys.
9. Ensure compliance with surveying standards and regulations.
10. Prepare and present survey results to stakeholders.
11. Manage surveying projects from start to finish.
12. Train junior team members in surveying techniques.
