Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in estimation and tendering, with strong familiarity with the UAE market and proficiency in relevant software like Candy CCS. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, obtaining and analyzing quotations, and identifying potential risks in projects. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and a valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in estimation/tendering for civil construction projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as Candy CCS or Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various civil works including earthworks and infrastructure.
• Analyze quotations from suppliers and ensure accurate pricing strategies.
• Identify and propose strategies for risk mitigation.
• Liaise with project managers for technical clarifications.
