As a Country Sales Director you will lead the execution of OFSE sales strategies within the UAE driving customer engagement opportunity development and flawless service delivery. Ensure alignment with Baker Hughes HSE culture and customer expectations while promoting the value proposition of OFSE offerings.

• Develop and implement sales strategies for OFSE in the UAE.
• Identify new opportunities to build a strong pipeline and achieve growth targets.

• Drive customer engagement and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Promote OFSE value proposition and deliver tailored solutions.

• Coordinate across functional groups (technology engineering finance legal billing etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
• Work closely with Global HQ and regional teams to align on commercial intensity plans.

• Support flawless service delivery and execution.
• Engage customers to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

• Provide input into Total Available Market (TAM) and Served Available Segment (SAS) analysis.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs.

• Ensure adherence to company policies HSE standards and compliance requirements.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

• 10-15 Years Experience within Oil Field Services Industry UAE Experience Preferred
• Bachelors degree in business administration Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of oilfield services and energy sector dynamics.
• Knowledge of sales strategy development market analysis and commercial operations.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and compliance requirements.
• Exposure to market intelligence forecasting and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Experience in customer relationship management and key account handling.
