We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to assist in the completion of the purchasing cycle for a group of companies' requirements.

Reporting to:
Procurement Manager / General Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
2. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
3. Issue Internal Purchase Orders for sister companies.
4. Send inquiries to suppliers through email and follow up for quotes and offers.
5. Register and update Supplier Information.
6. Register and update Product Information.
7. Issue Purchase Orders for Local Suppliers and submit for approval.
8. Understand the technical requirements of the requesting department.
9. Report all actions to the Manager.

1. Must be a Filipino citizen.
2. Advanced skills in written and verbal English.
3. Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant or in a similar role.
4. Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
5. Knowledgeable in Excel and Word.

• Willing to work in Mussafah Industrial M11, Abu Dhabi.
• Male Applicant - Filipino.
• 1-2 years minimum work experience.
