We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of civil engineering principles project coordination site execution and quality standards. This role demands strong leadership coordination skills and the ability to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining safety and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site to ensure smooth execution of work as per the project plan.
Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors subcontractors vendors and project stakeholders for material planning and manpower allocation.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance on site.
Maintain documentation including daily progress reports labor and material usage logs and inspection checklists.
Handle site measurements and quantity estimations for billing and procurement purposes.
Report project progress risks and deviations to the project manager or senior engineers.
Resolve technical issues and site conflicts through effective communication and engineering judgment.
Conduct safety briefings and enforce safe working practices across the site.
Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Valid professional certifications (if applicable).
Proven experience in handling civil construction projects (residential/commercial/infrastructure).
Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project/Primavera and MS Office.
Sound knowledge of construction methods materials and safety regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
