Job Description:

• Design and analyze HVAC and plumbing systems using advanced software tools to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct load calculations for HVAC systems to determine heating and cooling requirements tailored to specific project needs.
• Develop detailed mechanical drawings and specifications for HVAC and plumbing installations, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into building designs while considering aesthetics and functionality.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate design rationale and system performance to stakeholders.
• Design knowledge in all mechanical services such as:
• Designing of HVAC service for all types of systems (Chillers, District cooling, DX & VRF systems and BMS).
• Perform all MEP calculations (ESP, HAP, Mc Quay Duct sizer, Pipe sizer, Pump head, Elite, equipment selection and schedules).
• Designing of Plumbing systems (Water supply and Drainage services).

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in building construction projects in Dubai / Sharjah.
• Site experience in HVAC and Plumbing works in residential/commercial buildings and villas is necessary.
• Thorough knowledge of authority regulations like DM / DDA / DEWA and Civil Defence for water supply, drainage, and HVAC streams and relevant codes of ASHRAE and NFPA required.
• Knowledge in fire fighting services preferable.
