Job Description:

Our client, a leading contracting company in Dubai, is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager | Sr. Site Engineer to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate must have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, be present in the UAE, and possess a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and project execution.
• Supervise site engineers and construction teams, providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or challenges, ensuring timely resolution to avoid project disruptions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management or site engineering within the construction industry.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on large-scale commercial or residential construction projects in the UAE.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
