Job summary
A construction company in Dubai is seeking masons, carpenters, and helpers for full-time roles. Responsibilities include aiding in structure design and ensuring leveling in construction tasks. Applicants will prepare building sites, construct structures, and support experienced workers. This opportunity is based in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Aid in structure design and perform basic building tasks.
- Lay out floor coverings, roofs, or drywalls ensuring they are level.
- Tidy and prepare building sites by removing debris.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mason: Aid in structure design, framing, sheathing, and roof covering frameworks. Use tools and equipment to securely perform basic building tasks. Address safety hazards and report them to the foreman. Cut openings into walls, ceilings, and floors made of masonry products.
- Woodworker: Lay out floor coverings, roofs or drywalls ensuring they are level and square. Carve and construct furniture, closets, shelves and other items and install them where designated. Evaluate areas and conduct repairs or maintenance.
- Helper: Tidy and prepare building sites by removing debris and potential risks. Load and dump building materials. Construct or take apart scaffolding and temporary structures. Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction. Follow building plans and instructions from supervisors or more knowledgeable workers.
