The Speech Therapist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid professional licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist
• 7+ years of proven experience in assessing and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods and intervention techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients and families
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• High attention to detail in clinical documentation and treatment planning
• Patience, empathy, and dedication to improving patient outcomes
