What You ll Be Doing:
  • Set up customize and optimize Zoho Desk to align with our business needs.
  • Implement and manage WhatsApp integration with Zoho Desk to enhance customer communication.
  • Design and execute custom functions to automate processes improve workflows and boost operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to refine and optimize the customer support journey ensuring faster response times and better customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver tailored Zoho Desk solutions that support evolving business needs.
  • Ensure the Zoho Desk system is uptodate secure and functioning optimally with regular audits and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues quickly while providing ongoing technical support and improvements.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure consistent documentation of processes and solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with Zoho Desk and related tools.
  • Strong knowledge of custom workflows automation and report building within Zoho Desk.
  • Handson experience integrating WhatsApp with Zoho Desk.
  • Ability to analyze processes implement solutions and track performance through custom reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize deadlines and deliver solutions.
