Role Summary and Impact

As a Senior eCommerce Manager - Retail Media, you will be a strategic leader responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and optimization of retail media investments for our clients. Working closely with brand planning teams and client stakeholders, you will define and drive retail media strategies that maximize brand visibility, drive sales, and achieve measurable ROI across major e-retail platforms. This senior role requires deep expertise in the retail media landscape, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead both internal teams and external agency partners to deliver best-in-class performance.

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced retail media strategies aligned with client brand and commercial objectives, defining key KPIs and acting as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Direct the full lifecycle of complex retail media campaigns across major e-commerce platforms, overseeing strategic planning, budget allocation, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Lead comprehensive reporting and advanced analytics, translating complex data into actionable insights to continuously optimize performance, drive innovation, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and contributing to the overall elevation of organizational retail media capabilities.

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience within the digital media, e-commerce, or retail media space, with a significant portion focused on managing retail media campaigns.
  • Has strong knowledge of Amazon and e-retail merchandising and media capabilities in the Middle East.
  • FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce/Shoppers Market and Direct Response experience is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of various types of media specific, but not limited to digital, mobile, social media, digital content partnerships, e-commerce and video.
  • Proficient in reporting and analytics - strong analytical and strategic thinker who can interpret data at a glance.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the operational skills to ensure self-directed projects and ideas are seen through to execution.
  • Comfortable working with budgets and numbers.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented.
