Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the workshop, overseeing all technical and operational activities.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the workshop team and drivers to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections for the heavy vehicle fleet and associated equipment to ensure maximum availability and reliability.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels while controlling costs.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for parts procurement, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Monitor market trends, operational efficiency, and implement best practices to enhance workshop productivity and service quality.
• Ensure all workshop operations adhere to company policies and industry safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in heavy vehicle mechanics/auto-diesel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or workshop management role.
• Proven track record in effectively managing teams, including technicians and drivers, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Hindi is an mandatory requirement.
• In-depth technical knowledge of heavy equipment, diagnostics, and maintenance protocols.
