Flint International is hiring a Wireless Network Engineer to plan, deploy, and optimize enterprise Wi‑Fi networks for high‑density and mission‑critical environments. Your designs will deliver reliable coverage, capacity, and security.
You will conduct predictive and on‑site surveys, RF planning, and controller/AP configurations across campuses and branches. Expect hands‑on with tools like Ekahau/AirMagnet, tuning for 802.11ax/6E, and implementing 802.1X, WPA3, and role‑based access. You’ll integrate WLAN with wired LAN, NAC, and location services, and build design documents, heatmaps, and acceptance reports. The role includes troubleshooting RF/interference issues, spectrum analysis, and continuous optimization via telemetry.
Attach a sample heatmap and a short narrative of how you handled RF constraints (walls, density, interference). Visual proof of design rigor is a powerful differentiator.
