Main Responsibilities

• Performing welding operations on metal structures including steel, aluminum and other materials.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements.

• Operating welding equipment such as MIG, TIG and Stick welders to join or cut metals.

• Inspecting and testing welded surfaces for defects and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Maintaining welding tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Ensuring safety standards and regulations are followed during welding processes.

• Collaborating with other team members to complete welding tasks in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Certification in Welding or a related field (e.g. MIG, TIG, Stick welding).
