Job description

• Preparing & updating Daily Delivery plan & Delivery note & MTC.
• Preparing Daily Delivery report in Excel file.
• Co‑coordinating with Sales and Production dept regarding daily delivery.
• Monitoring of delivery activities.
• Taking special care of export deliveries to avoid customer complaints.
• Manpower management for loading activities and material arrangement in warehouse based on loading plan.
• Workplace housekeeping checking.
• Finished goods inventory on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Coordination with Sales Dept for daily enquiries on truck volume and packing list etc.
• Reduce aged stock & non‑moving finished goods from stock.
• Reprocess entry in Oracle system.
