Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support our Parts Operations team. This role is responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, packing, and dispatching automotive spare parts accurately and safely. The position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through error-free handling of parts while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.

What you will do:
  • Receive and deconsolidate incoming automotive spare parts and accessories
  • Sort, pack, and ship parts according to approved packaging and handling guidelines
  • Store parts in an organized and accessible manner within the warehouse
  • Reconcile physical stock with system inventory and report discrepancies
  • Perform bin stock replenishment to support smooth operations
  • Follow special instructions related to specific customer or internal orders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Comply with all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines
Required skills to be successful:
  • Ability to understand and recognize part numbers and alphanumeric codes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
