Job summary

A global fashion retailer in Dubai is seeking an HR coordinator to manage HR tasks, administrative operations, and asset management. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management or administration and proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities include handling staff schedules, supporting logistics operations, and facilitating employee engagement activities. A college diploma is required, and knowledge of Chinese is a strong advantage. This position offers a dynamic work environment in the heart of Dubai.

Job Responsibilities
  • HR Coordination: Independently handle departmental HR matters in Warehouse including maintenance of staff scheduling, attendance records, and performance data.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative operations covering staff transportation, catering services, accommodation, employee benefits distribution, and administrative data collection.
  • Asset Management: Execute procurement, maintenance tracking, and asset disposal reporting; maintain asset registers ensuring physical-financial alignment.
  • Operational Support: Identify operational issues through data/system/process analysis; initiate support requests and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate and organize departmental staff welfare activities.
  • 人事事项对接:独立完成仓库各部门内人事相关工作对接,包含员工排班、考勤、绩效等数据的输出与维护。
  • 行政事项对接:独立完成部门内行政相关工作对接,包含班车、饭堂、宿舍等后勤保障,员工福利发放,及各种行政信息收集。
  • 物资管理:独立完成部门物资物料申购,维修,报废情况汇总,更新资产台账 ,负责资产管理,账实相符。
  • 业务支持:发现日常业务存在问题,从数据、系统、流程等方面进行简单分析,发起数据系统等支持需求并与相关方协作完成优化方案落实。
  • 员工关怀:独立完成部门内员工关怀活动的协调与组织。
Qualifications
  • Education: College diploma or above
  • Experience: 1~3 years experience in supply chain/warehousing/logistics, administration, planning, or accounting
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word); knowledge of factory/warehouse management workflows.
  • Competencies: Ability to independently liaise with business units. Meticulous attention to detail with numerical accuracy (identify data discrepancies). Strong sense of responsibility & effective communication skills
  • Chinese Language skill is big plus
  • 学历专业:大专及以上学历;
  • 工作经验:供应链/仓储物流/、跟单、会计、行政、计划等方面3年以上管理经验。无经验也欢迎申请。
  • 知识技能:熟练运用Excel、Word等办公软件,了解工厂/仓库一般日常管理流程
  • 素质能力:独立对接业务部门完成各项工作;工作细心谨慎,对数字敏感,规避工作中的常规数据错误;责任心强、良好的沟通表达能力
