Role Overview

A Waiter/ess is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. This role requires extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

What will I be doing

As a Waiter/ess, you will be responsible for serving guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring an outstanding experience. You should have comprehensive knowledge of menu items. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Managing guest queries promptly and courteously
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing and liquor regulations for both residents and non-residents
• Having thorough knowledge of the menu and all products
• Ensuring misenplace is well-stocked at all floor stations
• Following proper reporting procedures if issues arise
• Delivering Food and Beverage orders consistently to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Practicing Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
