Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CBUAE regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive bank-wide transformation initiatives.
• Lead Strategic Outsourcing Strategy, covering planning and execution.
• Manage Shared Services Center delivery and governance.
• Execute automation and digitization projects to enhance efficiency.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for implementation.
