Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, surgeries, and diagnostics.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and provide post-operative care.
Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinary team.
Client Support
Build trust and rapport with clients, answer their questions and concerns in a professional manner.
Operational Support
Maintain accurate patient records, medical histories, and treatment details.
Keep equipment and treatment areas clean, sterilised, and ready for use.
Assist in inventory management for medical supplies.
Requirements
3 to 4 years of experience in a veterinary technician role, ideally within the UAE.
Formal veterinary qualification or equivalent.
MOCCAE licensed.
Strong clinical knowledge and technical skills, including handling and restraining animals.
Excellent communication and empathy when dealing with both clients and patients.
Highly organised, with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting.
