1. Aftersales Support:

  • Assist customers with post-policy inquiries and ensure a seamless aftersales experience.

2. Claims Handling:

  • Evaluate and process pet health insurance claims, including assessing medical records for pre-existing conditions.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions for claims-related queries.

3. Customer Guidance:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails, offering expert advice on pet health and wellness.
  • Educate pet parents on best practices for preventive care and treatment options.

4. Pre-Existing Condition Assessment:

  • Review and assess pets medical histories to determine eligibility for insurance coverage.

5. Event Representation:

  • Act as a company representative at pet-related events, offering veterinary insights and engaging with the community.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to develop pet care resources and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent certification.
