Your expertise will be essential in enhancing patient comfort and promoting their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care including assessments medication administration and wound care in patients homes
• Monitor and document patients health status reporting any changes to the physician
• Assist patients with daily living activities fostering independence and dignity
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and care plans
• Develop and implement patient-centered nursing care plans
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and support
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License
• Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Experience in homecare nursing preferred but not mandatory
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to provide individualized patient care
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality care
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
