UI/UX & Graphic Designer (Remote Anywhere, Full Time)

Responsibilities
UI/UX Designer
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design briefs and project objectives, ensuring all designs meet branding, user needs, and business goals.
- Create wireframes and user flows to map out intuitive user journeys and define the structure of digital products.
- Visually refine wireframes into high-quality final designs, ensuring seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.
- Transform final screen designs into interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or other prototyping software.
- Ensure design consistency and usability, applying UI/UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and brand principles.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to refine design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate the latest UI/UX innovations.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and responsiveness to feedback.
Graphic Designer
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand visual needs across digital and print platforms.
- Design marketing visuals for websites, social media, emails, print, presentations, and more.
- Create concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with brand identity and marketing strategy.
- Use design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign to deliver high-quality visuals.
- Format content for multiple platforms, ensuring cross-device compatibility.
- Contribute to branding, marketing campaigns, and content innovation.
- Present concepts and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
Must Have
- Proof of beautiful UI and Graphic Design Work — at least 3 examples showing strong visual quality and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of Design principles
- Problem-solving ability, and interest in taking on and solving a varied set of problems
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
- Good English Communication Ability and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver unique and innovative design solutions
- Tech-savviness and openness to using AI-enabled tools
- Research skills or willingness to learn
- Capacity to start as soon as possible
