• 10+ years of leadership experience in collections, financial services, or enterprise B2B environments in the UAE.
• Success in selling and delivering enterprise services to banks or other regulated institutions.
• Established network across senior credit, collections, and risk leaders in the UAE.
• Experience owning a P&L and managing teams in a high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the UAE market strategy for traditional-industry clients.
• Own P&L responsibility for the UAE market, including revenue and profitability targets.
• Build relationships with C-level leaders and regulators in the region.
• Lead the activation and onboarding of partnerships as the anchor client.
