Job summary

A leading identity security company is seeking a DevOps / Triage Engineer to join their UAE team. In this role, you will manage DevOps operations for their SaaS platform and be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in 24x7 operations, AWS, and Kubernetes, as well as strong collaboration skills. This position is based in the UAE and requires in-person interaction. Qualifications

• Experience in a highly available environment for a SaaS or cloud service provider.
• Strong interpersonal and teaming skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering Product Services to operate our global customer-facing SaaS infrastructure.
• Perform triage and DevOps work for products in the UAE region.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to improve system stability.

Skills

Experience in 24x7 production operations

Experience with cloud infrastructure environments

Experience with Kubernetes

Strong understanding of microservices architecture

Knowledge of current development strategies

Release automation experience

Experience using scripting languages

Strong understanding of system concepts

Strong interpersonal skills
