Overview
As a Traditional Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience, you will focus on “offline” marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility across Dubai. In 2026, this role remains vital for high-end retail, real estate, and hospitality sectors that prioritize physical consumer touchpoints and prestige branding. (Traditional Marketing)
Key Responsibilities
- Outdoor Advertising (OOH): Plan and manage large-scale advertising placements, including billboards on Sheikh Zayed Road, digital signage in Dubai Mall, and lamp-post banners.
- Events & Activations: Organize and supervise physical brand activations, product launches, and trade show participation at venues like the Dubai World Trade Centre.
- Print Media Management: Coordinate with major UAE newspapers and luxury magazines for ad placements, press releases, and editorial features.
- BTL (Below the Line) Marketing: Oversee the production and distribution of physical marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and point-of-sale displays.
- Vendor & Agency Coordination: Negotiate contracts with printing houses, signage contractors, and logistics providers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all physical advertisements comply with the National Media Council (NMC) guidelines and respect local UAE cultural values.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in a marketing role, specifically handling offline or traditional media channels within the UAE.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Traditional Marketing
- Market Insight: Strong knowledge of the Dubai market, including high-traffic locations and key seasonal events (e.g., Ramadan, Dubai Shopping Festival).
- Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing external vendors and media partners.
