Job Description

• After successful 2025, looking for Trade Support / Operations Analyst to join the team in Dubai.
• Handle trade-related operations including processing group setups, calculating and reconciling commissions, and ensuring chart/data synchronization.
• Manage network and system configurations such as server API listings, fixed API setups, and network whitelisting.
• Monitor and resolve trade execution issues, liaise with internal teams, and ensure smooth functioning of trading platforms.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Ideally has 8+ years of experience in trade support or related role in the Forex Industry.
• Full knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms, including management and configuration.
• Experience in trade routing via Centroid bridge and liquidity provider (LP) routing.
• Familiarity with MX Trader or similar trading systems.
• Can speak fluent English.
