Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
  • Issue materials and supplies as per department requirements.
  • Ensure all stored items are properly labeled, organized and stored safely.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
  • Monitor stock usage to avoid over‑stocking or shortages.
  • Prepare and submit inventory reports to the supervisor or management.
  • Ensure the store area is clean, secure and well‑maintained.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and accounts team for stock updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Candidates currently in UAE on cancelled visa or visit visa preferred.
