Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead and supervise activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC.

• Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems commissioning.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead manage and supervise all Testing & Commissioning activities across Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Firefighting systems.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans strategies and schedules in coordination with project teams.
• Review design documents method statements risk assessments and commissioning procedures to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors consultants and clients to resolve technical and operational issues during commissioning.
• Manage T&C teams to ensure timely execution of works and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor system performance and prepare detailed reports test certificates and handover documentation.
• Ensure all commissioning works are completed as per international codes project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and training to junior engineers and site staff.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC construction industry.
