Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services
  • Generate and qualify sales leads and convert them into customers when applicable
  • Clearly explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and engaging conversation with clients
  • Follow provided scripts to deliver accurate information
  • Address customer queries, provide solutions, and handle objections effectively
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database or CRM
  • Achieve monthly or weekly call and sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with the sales or operations team for smooth processing
Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Proven telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience (added advantage)
  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, or other languages
