Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in consultancy or EPC roles in the energy sector.
• Experience with substation projects at 132kV, 220kV & 400kV levels.
• Knowledge of standards: TRANSCO, OETC, ADDC, SEC, KSA Grid Codes, IEC, IEEE.

Responsibilities

• Review feasibility reports and project parameters for Telecom / Optical Fiber / SCMS systems.
• Prepare requisitions and conduct technical evaluations for material and equipment procurement.
• Inspect and certify SCMS, telecommunication equipment, fiber optic cables, and accessories.
