Technician - Power Distribution

What you’ll deliver

• You’ll identify and select appropriate maintenance practices and ways of working to meet objectives. You’ll provide an immediate response to breakdowns based on criticality and priority.
• You’ll diagnose faults and root causes in each technical discipline, rectify faults and ensure that all repair and maintenance work is completed to a high standard. You’ll recommend and implement changes to continuously improve equipment reliability.
• You’ll develop and maintain reports generated from CMMS (Maximo), manage and improve Maintenance Operations.
• You’ll support all Maximo environments, including testing, development, training and production. You’ll enforce DA safety policies and procedures at all times and attend safety briefings & audit.
• You’ll ensure compliance with storage requirements for parts and equipment and implement any corrective action required.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a higher diploma/diploma level in Electrical Engineering / Related, 2 years ITI, acquired 5-7 years of overall and relevant experience.
• You’ll have thorough knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing of related electrical equipment.
• You’ll have related technical knowledge of specialist and Maximo related devices.
• You’ll have knowledge in computer applications.
