Summary:The Technical Regulatory Manager is responsible for leading all regulatory affairs activities across the Americas region (US, Canada & South America), as well as being the technical and ingredient expert in the Regulatory team. This role provides technical support to the regulatory team where needed, and ensures full compliance with relevant cosmetic regulations and related product or environmental requirements, guiding product development, marketing and certification processes. The position is the regional expert on all relevant US regulatory frameworks, driving continuous compliance, interpreting regulatory changes, and partnering cross-functionally to enable successful and timely launches.
