Key Responsibilities

• Client Scope & Requirements Management: Collaborate with clients to define, document, and manage project scope and requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project deliverables. Maintain a list of project artifacts to manage the project.
• End-to-End Project & Program Management: Lead the project lifecycle, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Establish and monitor deliverables, milestones, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Business Process Mapping & Documentation: Analyze business processes and develop system architecture diagrams and information flows with swim lanes and system mappings. Define KPIs, personas, and work with Product Analysts on data architecture. Gather necessary API documentation, facilitate client sign-offs, and create detailed approach notes for team alignment. Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into UI/UX features.

Reporting & Cadence Management

• Break down tasks for all business processes, assign owners, and set accurate ETAs.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly MIS reports on project status.
• Lead structured cadence reviews with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring thorough follow-ups and Meeting Minutes (MoM) documentation.

Skills

• Proven experience in program/project management, business process mapping, and client engagement, system integration, or workflow automation.
• ETL/Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions.
