Job summary

A leading design and development firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled professional for Design Development & Technical Documentation. The ideal candidate will prepare and coordinate technical drawings and specifications for high-rise and residential projects. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture and 5-10 years of relevant experience in the UAE are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is a must, along with knowledge of UAE authority standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to high-rise and residential projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, joinery, fabrication, and detailing.
• Knowledge of UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, ADM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed ID drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, joinery details, and material specifications.
• Translate design intent into accurate buildable technical drawings and tender packages.
• Review and coordinate architectural and MEP drawings for seamless integration of ID elements.
• Develop finishes schedules, material boards, and coordination drawings aligned with project requirements.
