Summary

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will have an opportunity to operate a class of hotel plants and types of machinery at the highest efficiency by implementing aggressive preventive maintenance plan. You will have to ensure that you role model to train and supervise the team members to handle the equipment with complete care, and safe procedures as the only way of operating. You will understand how the different components of a system interconnect and behave over time and help make sense out of complexity by simplifying the process to ensure that Andaz Abu Dhabi is positioned as the most preferred destination, by contributing to creating memorable experiences for all our guests.

Qualifications

Holder of an official trade certificate or diploma in engineering, with a minimum of 2 years' work experience as an engineer in a hotel or in a similar large building / complex with a central plant.
