• Design and oversee talent assessment processes, including training needs analysis, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on talent development and career pathing.
• Monitor and analyze talent management metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and make informed recommendations for improvements.
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.

Requirements
