Job description
About Big Ticket

Since 1992, Big Ticket has been creating unforgettable experiences with huge cash prizes and dream cars. Every month, we give people the chance to win millions of dirhams, luxury cars, and more. But we’re more than just a raffle—we create moments of hope, joy, and excitement for people around the world. Our mission? To turn dreams into reality and make every draw an event to remember.

Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for a Talent Development Manager who’s passionate about helping people grow and building a culture where learning is part of everyday life. This is a hands‑on role to start with, where you will roll up your sleeves to design programs, implement systems, and launch tools that set the foundation for talent development at Big Ticket. Over time, this role will grow into a leadership role, shaping how we attract, develop and keep amazing talent in the future.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work closely with leaders across the business to figure out what skills and capabilities we need—and then bring those programs to life.
  • Design and roll out a full onboarding experience that gets new team members feeling confident and connected from day one.
  • Build custom training for departments, leadership programs for executives, and management training for new and experienced leaders.
  • Create soft skills workshops covering communication, problem‑solving, and everything people need to succeed.
  • Launch mentoring and coaching programs, career paths, and succession plans to help people grow.
  • Support the Performance Management process by linking learning initiatives to performance goals and capability building.
  • Lead the rollout of our new Learning Management System (LMS)—from choosing the platform to getting it live and making sure people use it.
  • Explore digital learning tools, e‑learning content, and analytics to make learning accessible and measurable.
  • Introduce fun, engaging initiatives like lunch‑and‑learns, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and team‑building activities.
  • Act as a business partner and internal consultant, diagnosing capability gaps and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Bring in international best practices and adapt them to our unique culture.
  • (Nice to have) Executive Coaching experience to support senior leaders in their development journey.
What We’re Looking For
  • A degree in HR, Business, Training & Development, or something similar.
  • Professional certifications like CIPD would be a bonus.
  • Around 8–10 years in Talent Development or Learning & Development.
  • Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms and e‑learning tools, including implementation.
  • Strong consulting and business partnering skills—you know how to influence and collaborate at every level.
  • International exposure or experience working in multicultural environments is a big plus.
  • Strategic thinker who can also get things done.
  • Great at juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • Proven track record of building programs from scratch and improving existing ones.
  • Familiarity with Performance Management and Succession Planning processes.
  • (Nice to have) Executive Coaching certification or experience
