Overview

Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist

SKM Air Conditioning LLC is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong exposure to the HVAC or related engineering industries to join our HR team in Sharjah, UAE.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels – from skilled workers to senior executives
  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for UAE and KSA markets
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement
  • Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarks to guide business leaders
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, MOHRE requirements, and internal policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD / SHRM preferred)
  • 7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE and KSA markets
  • Proven track record in hiring for technical roles within the HVAC or engineering industry
  • Strong knowledge of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, workforce planning, and DEI strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
