About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/TA Manager to join the Kerry TA team responsible for recruitment in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.

In this role you will handle end-to-end recruitment for roles across Manufacturing and Commercial functions primarily and get an opportunity to handle roles within other functions like Marketing, Supply Chain, RDA, IT, Finance & HR. Working closely with several stakeholders, your focus will be to recruit and deliver diverse and top talent for Kerry.

Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment; managing volume and salaried hiring throughout the full recruitment process
  • Nurturing close working relationships with hiring managers through the vacancy lifecycle including thorough briefing calls and weekly updates
  • Working collaboratively with wider teams to ensure an aligned approach from first candidate/hiring manager contact to offer, pre-boarding and on-boarding
  • Responsible for candidate experience, championing diversity, inclusion, purpose and culture in all aspects of the recruitment process, from job descriptions, training for hiring managers, formulation of interview panels as well as managing the candidate experience leading to measurable improvement in the attraction, selection and engagement of high-potential, diverse candidates for Kerry
  • Driving Talent Acquisition SLAs, data integrity, pipeline flow, requisition management, and candidate management for specialist/standard roles by region
  • Be responsible for 100% data accuracy, job position compliance and system compliance
  • Become ‘expert’ user of our applicant tracking system SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance in TA activity across the Applicant Tracking System to ensure full compliance
  • Work collaboratively with the wider GBS teams, all relevant COE and Business Partners to find and execute solutions to business challenges
  • Implement and execute talent-sourcing strategies to support and build out pipelines for current and future hiring demands
  • Implement and execute recruitment marketing for just in time recruitment
  • Participate in Continuous Excellence (CE) activities and support process improvement activities
  • Liaising and partnering with external agency's / partners as and when required
Qualifications and skills
  • A minimun of 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, including comprehensive knowledge of research, talent mapping and shortlist processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and adjust recruitment strategies and priorities accordingly.
  • High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language
  • Proven experience to have successfully filled vacancies across the region. (both volume & salaried roles)
  • Experience handling Graduate recruitment will be a plus
  • Recruitment background from a manufacturing set up (within a F&B or other FMCG industries) will be highly preferred
  • Strong references that show high quality interactions with HR Business Partners, Hiring managers, COE leads, vendors and other business managers
  • Interest to remain up to date with knowledge of employment laws for locations supported by the role
  • High level passive sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Advanced use of MS Office, Power BI, and any recruitment ATS is necessary. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow will be a significant advantage.
