Qualifications

Job Description
- Develop and Implement Sustainability Strategies : Design and execute comprehensive sustainability programs and initiatives aligned with the hotel's objectives, industry standards and ACCOR / Ennismore guidelines
- Environmental Compliance : Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and standards, including waste management, energy conservation, water usage, and recycling practices.
- Resource Management : Monitor resource consumption (e.g., water, electricity, gas) and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers to promote sustainability practices and drive awareness throughout the organization.
- Ensures that all kitchen & outlets maintain high standards of Food Safety & Hygiene
- Enhances guest satisfaction by ensuring high standards of food safety & hygiene in food operations
- Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments of hotel operations, facilities, and activities to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience in the sector and impeccable knowledge food safety & hygiene regulations and management
- Thorough knowledge of food safety management system : HACCP, BRC, Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Management System & ISO. Familiar with BIS, GSO, SASO, codex and USDA standards
- Dubai municipality approved Basic, Intermediate advanced Food hygiene, HACCP awareness, internal auditor trainer / consultant
- Dubai municipality approved Person in Charge trainer Level 2 & 3
- High field approved trainer for HACCP level 4, Advanced food hygiene
- Relevant certifications and practical experience in sustainability initiatives, health, safety, and hygiene management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and regulatory compliance skills
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe and sustainable work environment
