Job summary

An innovative sustainability firm in Sharjah is seeking a Manager – Education to oversee educational activities focused on environmental awareness. This role includes developing programs, managing institutional relationships, and ensuring effective communications with various stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in relevant fields, along with strong analytical, communication, and public speaking skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Environmental best practices or a relevant field.
• Experience in delivering and presenting workshops and training programs.
• Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all the Education programs and activities to align with corporate strategies.
• Prepare effective Education programs covering environment, community, and marketplace issues.
• Establish collaborative relationships with key institutions.
• Manage relationships with schools, universities, and corporates.
• Create engaging learning resources for Education programs.
• Evaluate ongoing programs periodically.
• Monitor data records of conducted education sessions.
• Create an internal program to engage stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps.
• Participate in environmental events for program representation.
